My brother attends Desert Ridge Highschool and recently told me a story of a young man being suspended from school for posting something on facebook during school hours. The kids that replied to his post on facebook during school hours also got into trouble for this. Apparently a teacher created a fact profile to spy on the childern of this school. My people believe the school has gone to far, that it was an invation of privacy. I for one find it ridiculous that the young man was suspended.

Personally, I do not believe the child should have been suspended for there a lot of children who go to school check their facebook throughout the day and they are not reprimanded for doing so. In addition this is not the fault of the child, it is the school systems fault, they should set clear district rules about how to handle with such situations.
