Real Estate on the Moon...?

What do home owners look for in a new home, a great view, open area, an amazing starry sky? Well the moon has all of these qualities. Well unless your an astronaut this is less then likely to be possible in the near future but a new discovery may be leading to such a future. Japanese astronaut found a moon hole close to the moon's equator that has a constant temperature of just 20 degrees Celsius(-4 degrees Fahrenheit). This hole is optimule for creating a small lunar base.
